Professional Experience
The name Jefferson Ridge comes from the crossroads where I grew up, a place that taught me hard work, perseverance, and pride in earning what you build. Those values have guided my career across client services, technology, and M&A.
I have led large, global initiatives for public companies, managing cross functional teams, multimillion dollar programs, and complex transactions. At AIG, I supported the separation of multibillion dollar businesses, enterprise wide transformation programs, and strategic IT initiatives. Before that, I worked at Deloitte, advising Private Equity clients on M&A strategy, due diligence, and value creation, helping clients navigate integrations, divestitures, and operational transformation.
Today, I bring that same discipline and hands on leadership to building and operating businesses here in the Lowcountry.
Personal Experience
I grew up in Scranton, Pennsylvania, a tight knit coal town that taught me community and hard work, lessons I carried with me to Charleston, the place I have proudly called home for the past six years.
Outside of work, I am an Ironman triathlete and scuba diver, drawn to the challenge and excitement both bring. My faith keeps me centered, reminding me that meaningful work is through service and stewardship.
When I am relaxing, you can find me at Folly Beach with my girlfriend, friends, and our dog Bowen.
